I started at Park Ridge in September, 1995. At that time, PRHS had four high school computer classes on the books: Computer Applications I & II and Computer Science I & II. Over the past decade, I've added and subtracted content as the need arose. As I write, there are about sixteen high school computer courses in the PRHS Program of Studies and they cover a variety of different topics, including: Microsoft Office applications, concept mapping, graphics and desktop publishing, app creation, computer animation, website development, robotics, computer programming, and game creation.
Please be aware that assignments presented on this page are subject to change at the teachers discretion.
Late assignments are charged 10% per week late, except for Current Events in the classes that do them. (They are no longer "Current" and there will be no time for student presentations/discussion, so the percentage for those is 25% per week.)
